Cancellation and Refunds

By You:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund
• Once a programme has commenced, no refunds will be provided for missed sessions

By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.

Attendance

Regular attendance is important for programme effectiveness. If your child will miss a session, please notify us in advance. We will provide summary materials, but cannot guarantee make-up sessions for all absences.

Intellectual Property Rights
