What Happens Next

When you contact us, here's what to expect:

  1. We'll respond within one business day to schedule a brief conversation
  2. During that conversation, we'll discuss your child's age, current financial understanding, and your goals
  3. We'll recommend the programme that makes most sense for your situation
  4. If you'd like to proceed, we'll schedule your first session at a time that works for your family
  5. Before the first session, we'll send preparation materials so your child knows what to expect

There's no pressure to commit immediately. Many parents prefer to think it over after our initial conversation. That's completely fine.

"I wasn't sure if my 10-year-old was too young. They answered all my questions, explained exactly what the programme would cover, and were completely honest about what to expect. Made the decision easy."
— Parent, Whitchurch

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. While we prefer in-person learning for younger children (7-11), we offer fully online sessions for all age groups. Online sessions are particularly effective for teenagers and for families outside Cardiff who want to access our programmes.

Can I attend sessions with my child?

For the Foundation Workshop (ages 7-11), parents are welcome to observe the first session. For older children, we've found they engage more freely without parents present. The Family Financial Workshop is specifically designed for parents and children together.

What if my child misses a session?

Life happens. If your child misses a session, we provide summary materials and can schedule a brief catch-up call before the next session. For extended absences, we can arrange make-up sessions or transfer to a later programme cohort.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer split payment options for all programmes. Just mention this when you contact us and we'll arrange a schedule that works for you.

How many children are in each group session?

Group sessions are limited to 8-10 children to ensure everyone receives individual attention. Small groups allow for meaningful discussion while maintaining the energy and peer learning that comes from group work.

What materials do children need?

We provide all learning materials. Children just need to bring themselves and a willingness to engage. For online sessions, we'll email digital materials in advance.

Still Have Questions?

If your question isn't answered here, just ask. We'd rather you feel completely informed than proceed with uncertainty.
